• Location: Marina Bay Sands

Job Scope:

• Oversee full P&L, budgets, forecasts, and implement cost-control measures to drive revenue growth.
• Manage staffing, including manpower planning, scheduling, hiring, and staff development.
• Handle customer issues professionally to maintain satisfaction and uphold service culture.
• Supervise and mentor supervisors and service staff, supporting administrative and Area Manager-assigned tasks.
• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards, food safety, and operational efficiency.
