Job Summary
You will lead daily restaurant operations and manage the team to meet company standards and sales goals, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth daily functioning
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to consistently deliver excellent service standards
- Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hygiene regulations to maintain compliance
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Address and resolve customer feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Plan and manage staffing, scheduling, and manpower allocation to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute business strategies and continuous improvements
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate operations and team activities
Required competencies
- Proven experience managing restaurant or food & beverage operations
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by successfully managing and developing teams
- Ability to achieve sales targets through strategic initiatives and performance monitoring
- Proficient understanding of operational workflows and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
