2. Must have strong hands-on experience in preparing Prata, Dosa, and Goreng items.

3. Ensure food quality, consistency, hygiene, and compliance with standards.

4. Lead, train, and manage kitchen and service staff effectively.

5. Handle inventory, purchasing, and control food cost and wastage.

6. Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and overall outlet performance.

7. Provide good customer service and handle feedback professionally.

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Prata Flipping
