Job Description

Restaurant Manager

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations and compliance to the standard policies and procedures.
  • Weekly schedule planning
  • Analyze monthly profit & loss statements to ascertain that all costs are in line.
  • Establish good rapport with the guests and handle all guests feedback, requests and enquiries promptly.
  • Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and help them to develop to their maximum potential.
  • Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance schedules for service
  • Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours of the team.
  • Compliance with the Halal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
