What You'll Be Doing
Manage daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, operational standards, and all company policies, procedures, and service protocols across the outlet
Maintain accurate records of operations, finances, and staff performance
Supervise and ensure consistent execution of opening, closing, and shift handover procedures
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Area Manager (F&B) or management
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in F&B or Hospitality management
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset
Strong financial and operational understanding, with budget and cost control expertise
Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
