It is seeking to appoint experienced Restaurant Managers as part of its continued growth and expansion strategy.

About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will have full accountability for the end-to-end operations of your outlet. You will lead a team of outlet staff and assistant managers, driving performance across service quality, cost management, people development, and customer experience. This is a senior operational leadership role suited to individuals with a proven track record in F&B or QSR management who are ready to own outcomes at the outlet level.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of daily outlet operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of assistant managers and crew members to consistently deliver service and product standards
- Drive outlet performance across key metrics including sales, labour cost, wastage, and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain a strong service culture, ensuring all customer feedback is addressed promptly and professionally
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations at all times
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control initiatives
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Enforce compliance with the organisation's SOPs, brand standards, and operational policies
- Prepare and review outlet performance reports, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
- Liaise with regional or area management on operational updates, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or equivalent outlet leadership role within the F&B, QSR, or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing outlet P&L or cost-related KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Operationally hands-on with a high standard of personal accountability
- Comfortable working on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Relevant certifications in food hygiene or workplace safety will be advantageous
