Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Lead and support service team to deliver good customer experience
• Assist with staff scheduling and basic training
• Ensure cleanliness, service quality, and smooth operations
• Handle customer feedback in a professional manner
• Work closely with kitchen and management team

Requirements

• Experience in F&B or customer service preferred (but not mandatory)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Candidates with leadership experience will be an advantage
