Service

• Ensure guest needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded by delivering efficient and professional service.

• Lead by example through a high level of professionalism and service standards.

• Address and resolve potential service issues promptly and effectively.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality, efficient operations, and appealing presentation.

• Perform all duties in alignment with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values.

Management

• Maintain excellent customer service standards through active supervision and guidance.

• Develop staff performance through structured in-house training and development programs.

• Ensure restaurant operations comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulations set by local authorities and NEA.

• Enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct among all staff members.

• Foster a positive work environment and maintain high staff morale.

• Manage labour effectively through proper manpower planning and monitoring of staff leave.

• Ensure proper procedures are followed for receiving, checking, and storing inventory.

• Handle administrative responsibilities and ensure timely submission of required reports and documents to Headquarters.

Sales and Finance

• Take responsibility for the outlet's financial performance, including profit and loss, and implement effective cost control measures.

• Maximise restaurant profitability by prioritising revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency.

• Ensure the security of cash and gift vouchers, approve cash claims, and maintain accurate financial records.

• Verify the accuracy of sales collections, including timely banking of cash and processing of credit card payments.
