Restaurant Manager

Our client is a leading retail company in the F&B industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their operation team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They have island-wide location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, maintaining quality and smooth functioning across all areas.
• Support team development, encouraging collaboration and growth.
• Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Take ownership of the outlet's P&L, analysing revenue, costs, and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of Restaurant Manager experience
• Experience in managing an outlet's P&L and inventory
• Comfortable with retail working hours
