Restaurant manager responsibilities include formulating overall operation, managing people and establishing policies & good practices. Responsibilities
Maintaining food quality, health and safety standards
Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaints
Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees hours and recording payroll data
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Check and ordering supplies while staying within budget limitations
Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
Skills
Proven experience as a Manager
Experience in planning and budgeting
F&B Knowledge of business process and functions
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
