Job Description & Requirements
- Are primarily required to have strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine like Chinese Steamboat, Sichuan Cuisine and Tong Bei Cuisine
- Assist in the training of new staff members
- Communicate with chefs daily for menu updates
- Assist in scheduling of hourly front of house employees
- Monitor inventory procedures and organize data
- Successfully work as a team player in a dynamic team
- Supervise dining room floor and guest services
- Manage opening and closing cash handling procedures.
