  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Controlling costs and managing budgets.
  • Manage customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
  • Implement and contribute to marketing and promotional plans.
  • Managing staff schedules, training, hiring and performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Resolve employee conflicts.
  • Perform inventory audits and maintain stock levels.
  • Order food, beverages, and other supplies from vendors.
  • Plan and manage menu.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in food service industry, with supervisory/management experience.
  • Degree in Business Management hospitality management preferred.
  • Strong leadership, motivating, training, and managing staff, setting goals, delegating.
  • Strong customer service, handling complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Good communication, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving, ability in resolving issues calmly and effectively.
  • Ability in managing priorities, multitasking, attention to detail.
  • Acute financial management skills, budgeting, cost control, inventory and financial reporting.
  • Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management/scheduling software.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
