Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with SFA and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise service staff and kitchen team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, and rostering.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Handle reservations, special requests, and feedback.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and monthly reporting.
• Track KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain proper documentation (e.g., cleaning logs, HACCP-related duties).
• Uphold company SOPs and standards.
• Support marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and menu updates.
• Collaborate with management to enhance the overall brand presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Thai restaurant operations, food safety standards, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in POS systems and administrative tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
