Job Description:
- Supervise all restaurant operations including kitchen, service, and bar areas to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain authentic Chinese recipes and ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing attentive service and addressing feedback promptly.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff members to uphold brand standards and promote teamwork.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to meet profitability goals.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met according to local and international standards.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotions, events, and campaigns that attract and retain customers.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements to increase revenue.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a restaurant specializing in Chinese or Asian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese dishes, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
