Job Description:

  • Supervise all restaurant operations including kitchen, service, and bar areas to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain authentic Chinese recipes and ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing attentive service and addressing feedback promptly.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff members to uphold brand standards and promote teamwork.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to meet profitability goals.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met according to local and international standards.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotions, events, and campaigns that attract and retain customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements to increase revenue.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a restaurant specializing in Chinese or Asian cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese dishes, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
