Job Description:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Manage reservations, seating, and customer flow to maximize turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service quality.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
• Foster a positive and professional working environment.
• Ensure excellent guest experience by handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain high service standards and resolve issues effectively.
• Build rapport with regular customers to encourage loyalty.
• Monitor sales, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and staff productivity.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of restaurant management software (POS, reservations, inventory).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
