Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager fluent in Italian to lead the front-of-house operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create an exceptional guest experience-while being able to effectively communicate with both guests and team members in Italian and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Greet and interact with guests, especially Italian-speaking customers, to ensure a personalized and welcoming experience.
- Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house staff.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure quality control and timely service.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and proactive manner.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Drive sales and support marketing initiatives to attract Italian-speaking clientele.
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports.
- Uphold the brand image and values of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in hospitality.
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
