-Responsiblities-
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between Front-of-House and the kitchen.
- Uphold the authenticity of our Greek cuisine and cultural dining experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Monitor inventory, manage supply orders, and liaise directly with Greek ingredient suppliers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Develop marketing initiatives, collaborating with Greek associations and cultural communities.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls to achieve business profitability.
- Plan and organize special events such as Greek festivals, wine tastings, and live music nights
-Requirements-
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Mediterranean or Greek dining.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Fluency in Greek (spoken & written) is required for supplier communication, understanding authentic recipes, and engaging with the community.
- Proficiency in English is required knowledge of additional languages (English, French, etc.) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Greek cuisine, wines, and cultural dining traditions.
- Existing contacts within the Greek community in Singapore is a strong advantage.
- Financial and operational management experience, including budgeting and revenue growth.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
