• Salary UP $5200 + Bonus

Job scope

1. Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring service quality, safety, and smooth workflow. Monitor performance metrics, costs, and processes to maintain high operational standards.
2. Take responsibility for P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to maximize profitability and revenue growth.
3. Supervise, mentor, and develop supervisors and staff handle recruitment, scheduling, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, addressing issues promptly, and enhancing the overall dining experience.
5. Manage administrative tasks, support Area Manager directives, and implement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
