About the role
Lead and manage overall NEW OPENING Team for a fast food restaurant operations in line with company SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance and timely resolution of operational issues.
Operationally hands-on during service periods to support daily operations.
Key responsibilities
Oversee food preparation and service operations, ensuring consistency with standard recipes, portion control, speed of service, and quality standards
Drive business performance by managing daily sales, labour, and food costs, analysing performance trends, and implementing actions to achieve sales and profitability targets
Deliver excellent customer experience by ensuring fast, friendly service and handling customer feedback and complaints effectively
Manage manpower and scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels to support peak periods and maintain productivity
Oversee inventory and cost control, ensuring accurate stock management, proper storage, and minimisation of wastage
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times
Build and lead a high-performing team by coaching staff, driving engagement, and fostering a service-oriented culture
About you
3-5 years of experience in F&B / QSR operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Strong operational and team management skills in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of cost control, staffing, and outlet performance metrics
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Fast food concept experience required
Availability to start work ASAP or short notice will be preferred as will be send to overseas for training
