Lead and supervise overall restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and consistent guest experience.
Train, coach and motivate FOH staff to deliver warm, attentive and personalised Asian-style hospitality.
Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service timing, order flow and communication.
Handle guest feedback and ensure professional service recovery, especially for VIPs and returning customers.
Manage staff scheduling, daily briefings, and operational handovers.
Monitor outlet sales performance, daily P&L, cost controls and key operational KPIs.
Maintain hygiene, safety and service standards aligned with company SOPs.
Coordinate with Marketing and Events teams for promotions, menu launches, and special occasions.
Ensure the restaurant ambiance, cleanliness and brand identity reflect the YanHuo concept at all times.
Support recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluation of FOH team members.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in F&B, preferably in Asian dining, tapas, or modern fusion concepts.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of FOH/BOH operations, guest relations and restaurant service flow.
Hands-on attitude with ability to problem-solve and lead during peak hours.
Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Passionate about hospitality and building memorable guest experiences.
