Join a dynamic team as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager, where you will ensure exceptional service and operational excellence in a vibrant dining environment.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operational tasks, including order taking, cashiering, and food services.
2. Spend approximately 80% of working hours performing hands-on kitchen duties, including sushi rice preparation, ingredients preparation, food production, and assisting with wide variety of side menu items.
3. Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
4. Manage administrative duties and ensure timely submission of records and paperwork.
5. Conduct training sessions for staff and monitor their performance to foster a positive work atmosphere.
6. Enforce conduct standards among staff to promote high morale across all outlets.
7. Perform monthly inventory checks and manage stock levels effectively.
8. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements

1. Relevant experience in similar roles within the food and beverage industry.
2. Proven leadership skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
4. A proactive attitude, driven mindset, and passion for teamwork.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure willingness to work long hours is preferred.
6. Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
