Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operations to maintain the high brand standards
  • Develop business strategies to maximise turnover and profitability
  • Develop, train and coach staff to acquire high standard of food, customer service and hygiene
  • Effective use of restaurant manpower and food cost to enhance revenue
  • Conduct competitor analysis and be aware of local market initiatives
  • Align restaurant's activities with company's vision

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve targets
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience with a proven track record in established restaurants
  • Diverse experience in the food & beverage operations
