Restaurant Operations
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service at all times.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Team Supervision & Training
- Supervise, coach, and motivate service crew and kitchen team.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Lead by example to maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.
- Plan and manage staff scheduling and manpower planning.
Customer Service
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related concerns.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for all customers.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, including NEA, SFA, and WSQ requirements.
- Maintain food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation standards.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
- Monitor wastage, control operating costs, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Support administrative tasks and reporting when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry in Singapore.
- Experience managing a restaurant or supervising a service team.
- Strong people management skills with ability to lead both Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams.
- Familiar with local F&B regulations, food safety standards, and hygiene compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments.
- Passionate about providing quality food and excellent customer experience.
