key responsibilities:

Take on a leadership role within a sophisticated fine-dining establishment to drive operational excellence and elevate service standards.

• Direct daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage financial performance by monitoring operational costs and implementing efficiency measures.
• Mentor and lead a diverse service team through regular training and performance evaluations.
• Maintain rigorous standards for health, safety, and hygiene in compliance with local regulations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives and analyze business performance reports.

qualifications and experience:

• Proven expertise in leading teams within fine dining environments.
• Deep understanding of Asian Cuisine
• At least 8 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with a strong background in management.
• Deep understanding of international service standards and luxury hospitality protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships and team dynamics.
• Flexibility to work a comprehensive roster including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
