Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers are served in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Oversee service during meal periods and customer service delivery at each table.
- Ensure employees are providing excellent service to customers with 85% of customers satisfaction.
- Promptly resolved customer complaints preferably within the dining period, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.
- Streamlined communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff for peak-hour efficiency.
- Maintain and ensure cleaning and maintaining of outlet to uphold hygiene standards.
- Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company's standards, workplace safety compliance and SFA compliance.
- Foster a team-working and friendly atmosphere among staff.
- Enhanced employee morale through regular performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and recognition of accomplishments.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Fine Dining restaurants or Luxury hospitality industry
- Proven record at Supervisory level in Fine Dining concepts
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
