We are looking for a warm, energetic, and service‑driven Guest Experience Host / Hostess to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every visitor enjoys a smooth, memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, friendly, and professional first impression to all guests
- Assist with check-in, registrations, or visitor management procedures
- Guide guests to meeting rooms, facilities, and relevant points of contact
- Manage reception or host station, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to support events, meetings, or guest‑related activities
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and uphold safety/security protocols
- Support administrative or hospitality tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, reception, customer service, or front‑of‑house preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, polished, and professional demeanor
- Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or guest management systems (preferred)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or evenings (if applicable)
