Job Summary
We are seeking a Chinese Cuisine Cook to support kitchen operations by preparing and cooking Chinese dishes, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen workflow in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to company recipes and standards
  • Perform food preparation including ingredient cutting and preparation work
  • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
  • Monitor ingredient usage and inform management on stock requirements
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and proper food handling procedures
  • Follow food safety and workplace hygiene standards
  • Support kitchen coordination and daily operational activities
  • Handle workload efficiently during peak periods
  • Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
