Thai Bistro Bar seeks a cook skilled in Thai cuisine to perform chef duties, prepare authentic dishes, and contribute to a dynamic kitchen team across various outlets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes following established recipes and culinary standards
- Apply culinary techniques and food safety practices to ensure high-quality food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to meet hygiene standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
- Communicate clearly with colleagues to coordinate meal preparation and service
- Demonstrate patience and provide guidance to junior kitchen staff to foster skill development
- Adapt to changing kitchen demands and contribute to a positive, dynamic work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Formal culinary education and certification in cooking or related fields
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to enhance team coordination and food presentation

Other Information
Salary $2500 - $4500 (basic, allowance, commission)
6 days work week with overtime as needed
