Job Description

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations

  • Supervise and guide service staff to ensure efficient and professional service

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to guest enquiries and feedback promptly

  • Maintain service quality and ensure compliance with the restaurant's service standards and procedures

  • Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower allocation

  • Train and mentor service staff to improve service standards and product knowledge

  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations

  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and ordering of supplies

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in accordance with company policies and regulations

  • Support management in achieving operational goals and maintaining a positive team environment
