What You'll Be Doing:

• Right-Hand Rockstar: Support the Outlet Manager in running the show, from overseeing daily operations to handling staff and guest needs with a smile.

• Guest Experience Guru: Be the face (and smile!) on the service floor. Ensure guests are having a fantastic time, resolving any hiccups before they become hang-ups.

• Shift Maestro: Ensure every shift runs like a well-tuned orchestra-keeping the team in sync and service flowing smoothly.

• Problem-Solving Ninja: Address any operational hiccups with quick thinking and creativity, making sure the show goes on without a hitch.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a high-volume environment

• Excellent communication and hospitality skills

• Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
