Resident Technical Officer (Structural)
- Supervise and monitor structural works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct in-progress inspections, identifying and reporting any non-conformities.
- Attend site coordination and quality meetings.
- Witness inspection and testing sessions to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
Resident Technical Officer (Civil)

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role.
- Registered and valid RE/RTO accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
- Preferred applicants with a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS).
- Conversant in statutory codes and requirements.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
