To assist in carrying out regular supervision of structural, Architectural and Mechanical & Electrical installation works in respect of projects/s under your charge.
To ensure that all structure, Architectural and Mechanical & Electrical installation works at site are carried out in accordance with approved plans, building-by-law and contract specifications.
To assist the Architects/Engineers to supervise the contractors and co-ordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve the objectives of quality and timeliness.
To ensure proper implementation of instructions and plans emanating from Architects/Engineers.
To submit site reports on projects performance and progress on a weekly basis.
Maintain consistency in the inspection.
Highlight potential impact to quality defects.
Requirements
Possession of a valid practicing certificate from ACES/IES for RTO or relevant Diploma in Building / National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS) Certification.
At least 3 years in the supervision of Building projects in Singapore, preferably in Architectural trade.
Diploma in Building or Architectural.
To supervise the landscape works shall possess the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certificate in Landscape Operations, or equivalent / higher qualification approved by client.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ensure that building contractor embrace good construction practices to achieve good workmanship.
Competent to carry out inspection and supervision of architectural and M&E works.
Relevant experience in architectural building works, landscaping works, ID finishing and fit-out works and coordination, defects checking.
Be conversant in local legislation, regulations, and codes.
