Resident Technical Officer (SG510)

Job Descriptions:
- Proposed CAAS Extension of ATCC

Job Requirements:

- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in supervision of Civil/Structural works, RC, post-tensioned, steel works, steel truss construction and top-down construction.

- Experience in supervision of medium to large scale building works, piling works, temporary works, Ground Building Works (GBW) for Government Institutional projects.

- To provide full supervision works to ensure works are carried out in accordance to approved plans under Building Control Act.

- Assist QP to keep and maintain site records.

- Possess Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering or CIDB's NCCS training certificate and a registered Clerk-of-Works with BCA.

- Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as site Resident Technical Officer
