Job Description & Requirements
- To assist in carrying out regular supervision of structural, Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical installation works in respect of projects/s under your charge.
- Ensure that all structural, Architectural, and Mechanical & Electrical installation work at the site is carried out in accordance with approved plans, building-by-law, and contract specifications.
- To assist the Architects/Engineers to supervise the contractors and coordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve the objectives of quality and timeliness.
- To ensure proper implementation of instructions and plans emanating from Architects/Engineers.
- To submit site reports on project performance and progress on a weekly basis.
- Maintain consistency in the inspection.
- Highlight potential impact on quality defects.
- At least 3 years in the supervision of Building projects in Singapore, preferably in Architectural trade.
- Diploma in Building or Architectural
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ensure that building contractors embrace good construction practices to achieve good workmanship
- Competent to carry out inspection and supervision of architectural and M&E works
