Job Summary

You will supervise and coordinate major building construction projects, utilities laying, systems integration, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works on projects of similar scale and complexity to ensure quality and timely completion
• Coordinate utilities laying, systems integration, testing, and commissioning activities to meet project specifications
• Apply knowledge of mechanical or electrical disciplines to oversee technical aspects of construction works
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) standards
• Manage project activities in airside environments, adhering to specific operational and safety requirements (preferred)

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) supervising major building construction works and related activities
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior exposure to airside environments and understanding of their operational requirements
