Provide full time standing supervision on site as and when directed by the Consultant team
Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
Act on behalf of owner to handle owner's project safety protocol (including but not limited to management of PTW, safety inspection & audit etc)
Ensure adequate safety precaution are enforced on site
Resolved all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project
Attend site meeting, site inspection, testing, and commissioning
Maintain site records
Any other assigned from time to time
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution
Possess Valid RTO certificate
Minimum 5 years working experience as Resident Technical officer
Preferably with experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, office, institutional, industrial, or mixed development
