Supervise and monitor site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local Authorities requirements and regulations
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site personnel on technical matters
Attend site meetings and prepare inspection records and reports
Identify and report non-conformance, site issues, and deviations to the Consultant/Qualified Person
Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained
Contract start date: Jun 2026
Contract period 24 months (2 years)
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
M&E RTO Certificate by IES/ACES is preferrable.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services in the supervision of commercial development with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and local construction practices
Conversant with local codes and regulations
Due to the nature of the building being a standalone high-rise structure, there may be occasions where work at height is required. Applicants should be comfortable with climbing and it is advisable that they do not have a fear of heights.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project is an advantage
Working Hours:
Working hours shall be from 8.30am to 5.30pm [Monday to Saturday] (inclusive one hour lunch break)
In view of the nature of your work, you may be required to work beyond the hours stipulated as and when required. (Overtime pay will be provided)
