Resident Technical Officer (RTO) - Architectural & Interior Design (10+ Years Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

. Supervise and inspect architectural, interior, and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

. Monitor site progress, identify delays, and report issues promptly.

. Review contractor submissions, inspection records, and project documentation.

. Conduct site inspections, material checks, testing, defect inspections, and verify rectification works.

. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Resident Architects, and safety personnel to ensure smooth project execution and site safety.

. Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, approved samples, and project correspondence.

. Verify setting out, service routes, preliminaries, and work sequencing.

. Attend site meetings and provide standing supervision as required.

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, or related discipline.

. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (Architectural & Interior Design) in construction projects.

. Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural finishes, QA/QC procedures, and site supervision.

. Familiar with safety regulations, inspections, testing, and project documentation.

. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
