Resident Technical Officer

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the supervision of structural & architectural works. Experience in commercial and / or institutional projects will be an advantage

2. Relevant experience in RC footings, RC works and structural steel works.

3. Relevant experience in architectural building works, ID finishing fit out works and coordination.

4. Must be fully conversant with Building Control Act and Regulations.

Possession of a valid practicing certificate from ACES/IES for RTO or relevant Diploma in Building / NCCS Certification / JAC Accredited
