Job Summary
Lead and supervise the construction of luxurious bungalows by managing demolition, structural, and steel works while coordinating engineering activities to ensure timely progress and quality compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead supervision of demolition activities to ensure safe and compliant execution on site
- Oversee ERSS (Earth Retaining and Stabilizing Structures) works to maintain structural integrity and safety
- Manage structural reinforced concrete (RC) works to meet design specifications and quality standards
- Supervise structural steel work including fabrication and erection to ensure accuracy and safety compliance
- Coordinate and oversee all necessary structural testing to validate construction quality and safety
- Monitor construction progress and prepare detailed reports to inform stakeholders and support decision-making
- Maintain and update comprehensive records of all engineering works and property documentation
- Attend and actively contribute to site, progress, variation, and coordination meetings to align project objectives
- Demonstrate leadership by supervising engineering building construction teams to achieve project milestones
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including M&E coordination, to support integrated construction processes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) coordination to enhance project integration and efficiency
