Job Summary
You will ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations, supporting project quality and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Verify that site works follow approved drawings and technical specifications to maintain project standards
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and local construction codes
- Apply knowledge of Eurocodes and local regulations to oversee site supervision effectively
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain construction quality
- Document site progress and report deviations or non-compliance promptly for corrective action
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES (highly preferred)
- Prior experience in site supervision and familiarity with local construction regulations and Eurocodes
Required competencies and certifications
- BCA-approved Degree in Civil Engineering
