Job Descriptions:
- Liaise with client, consultants and contractors on project matters.
- Check and inspect M&E installations, testing and commissiong works to ensure that the required standards of quality and the accuracy of works and materials are maintained as per specifications and requirements.
- Attend Project Meetings
- Project involve replacement of existing M&E equipment in a live building.
Job Requirments:
- Degree, Diploma or ITE qualifications in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supervision of M&E works mainly ACMV and chiller plant replacement
- Result and service-oriented individuals who possess initiative and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in commercial projects preferred
- IES registered M&E RTO
- Physically FIT
- 51/2-day work per week.
- The weekly working days consists of weekend day shifts (Saturday & Sunday), three weekday night shifts, and one half-day shift on a designated weekday.
- Working Location: Raffles Place
- Willing to accept an 18 months contract (Able to start work by April or May 2026)
