Supervise and inspect Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at construction sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
Monitor installation works including ACMV, electrical systems, fire protection systems, plumbing & sanitary, and other M&E services.
Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities for smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and material verification to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions before implementation on site.
Identify technical issues on site and work closely with project teams to resolve M&E-related matters effectively.
Prepare daily reports, inspection records, site progress updates, and documentation.
Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and authority inspections as required.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and maintain proper site safety practices.
