To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.
To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
The RTO should have extensive experience in the supervision of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection is a must. With preferred experience in construction of school project would be an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Have at least 8 years experience as RTO
Must be IES Registered
Able to start work approximately by mid Dec 2025 (till Apr 2027)
