Verify all delivered materials meet approved specifications and quality standards prior to installation.
Provide on-site supervision as directed by the Resident Engineer, Consultant, and client teams.
Proactively identify and resolve M&E-related issues, propose effective solutions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented to maintain compliance.
Attend daily progress meetings and participate in site walks with clients and contractors to monitor works and address concerns.
Review testing and commissioning plans, witness M&E tests on-site, and conduct factory tests when required.
Factory acceptance test and inspection of High voltage electrical panels, Variable frequency drive panels before delivery to site.
Execute testing and commissioning of addressable fire alarm systems.
Evaluate mechanical ventilation system performance against design criteria, including combined service tests during fire mode activation.

Maintain accurate records of all M&E works, inspections, correspondence, and as-built installation documentation.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Min 3 years of working experience in A&A Fit-Out works, Buildings and Commercial Projects.
Knowledgeable in local Building Regulation.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
