Supervise building works stipulated in Building Control Act, maintain quality control, and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and site instructions given by the project consultants
Ensure contractors execute works in compliance with prevailing Singapore building codes and regulations
Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with required standards
Check drawings and specifications for any discrepancies and inform the consultants
Attend meetings with project consultants and client
Prepare progress reports for the project
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering
Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for Housing Development Board (HDB) projects
