Good Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES
Strong knowledge of civil and structural details, working drawings and local construction practices
Supervision of Structural job scope
Must have experience with good class bungalow projects
Conversant with local building codes and regulations
Good supervisory and leadership skills
Start work tentatively
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and timely work site progress records including mandatory quality records
Carried out and ensure both inspection and taking over of completed works are in compliance to approved design, drawings, and local Authorities requirements and regulations
Handling of technical and engineering problems.
Assist the PM in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress in accordance to the master construction programmed adopted.
