Hotel interior renovation and refurbishment project:-

Job Description

- Experienced in the supervision of Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services installation.

- Conduct M&E inspections and verify that the installations are in accordance to
approved drawings and specifications.

- Supervise and ensure that the T&C of M&E services are in accordance with approved
method statements.

- Maintain and update records of inspections and defect rectifications progress ensuring completion to the satisfaction of the client/engineer.

- Familiar with local codes, regulations and authority requirements.

- Registered RTO with IES/ACES would be favourable.

- Day works / Minimum night works as and when required.

- 16 months contract starts from 16th January 2025. With option to extend for a further 12 months.

Qualification - Diploma Holders or equivalent (In Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent)
IES/ACES M&E RTO certification preferred
Those with NTC qualifications but have relevant practical experience may also apply

Experience/Skills Required - Minimum 5 years working experience in site supervision of M&E services
