DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check and monitor structural and architectural finishes for the Rail Depot at Changi comprising buildings, tracks, road, services and ancillary structures
- Monitor installation of faade systems, cladding, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, and signage etc
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct inspections and witness tests as required
- Maintain inspection records and prepare daily logs, weekly reports, and photo documentation
- Assist with as-built documentation and handover
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Recognized RTO qualification and registration Minimum 5 years of site experience preferably withlarge-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of LTA standards, building codes, and fire safety regulations
- Excellent coordination skills across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong QA/QC mindset andability to manage complex interfaces
- Committed to complete the project
