The proposed personnel shall have minimum two (2) years of experience in the supervision of deep excavation and soil improvement works.
He/she shall have experience in supervising installation and monitoring of geotechnical instrumentation.
The proposed personnel shall have a diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
The QSS shall meet the required minimum hours of work per month (Base Monthly Work Hours) which shall be computed based on the normal working hours for the week (forty-four (44) hours a week).
